COMPANY OVERVIEW

Singulr is an enterprise AI and agentic control plane, founded in 2023 by Shiv Agarwal and Abhijit Sharma, headquartered in Palo Alto with a global team across the US and India. The company raised $10 million in a seed round led by Nexus Venture Partners and Dell Technologies Capital.

Singulr was founded on the observation that enterprises increasingly adopt AI services, models, and agentic systems faster than their governance and control frameworks can keep pace. The result is a growing gap between what AI policies say should happen and what is actually enforced in live environments. Singulr addresses this through a unified control plane that connects governance intent to runtime enforcement across AI systems, SaaS tools, cloud environments, and agentic workflows.
