These terms apply to your use of Guardians of the Machine Age (guardiansofthemachineage.com, "the site"), operated by IT-Harvest ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

The site is an independent research and education resource about AI security: vendor profiles, book chapters, panel discussions and technology demonstrations. It is provided for general information only.

Vendor profiles and listings

• A vendor appearing on the site is not an endorsement, and no ranking or order implies a recommendation. Some vendors support the site commercially; this does not change what we publish about their products' capabilities.
• Profile content comes from our research and from the vendors themselves. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or current. Check product details with the vendor before relying on them.
• We decide what to list, edit or remove. Vendors can ask for a listing or a correction through the vendor profile request form; submitting it does not guarantee a listing.
• By submitting logos, descriptions or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it and let us publish it on the site for the purpose of the listing.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• post comments or form content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or infringes others' rights;
• send spam, advertising or malicious links through the forms or comments;
• scrape, copy or republish the site's content in bulk, or use automated tools that overload it;
• try to access staff areas, other people's information, or systems you are not authorised to use.

Comments are public. We may hold, edit or remove any comment or submission, and block access, at our discretion.

Our content

The site's text, research, design and graphics belong to IT-Harvest or its licensors. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution. Vendor names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify them.

Links and embedded content

The site links to and embeds content from other websites, including vendor sites, demo rooms and event registration pages. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about it, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Nothing on the site is professional, legal or security advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, IT-Harvest is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
