Cyber data fusion platform and consultancy that turns security telemetry into evidenced insight

Tenacium DC is a United Kingdom data and cyber business that works on both sides of a problem most organisations meet after they have bought their security stack: the tools each hold a partial view, and nothing reconciles them into a single defensible statement about the organisation's posture at a given moment. The consultancy side runs on what the firm calls a "Just Enough Enterprise Architecture" approach to digital transformation, alongside professional services for implementing its own platform or third-party technology, and an applied innovation practice that runs proof-of-concept work at pace to de-risk elements of a larger transformation programme before it is committed to.

The platform is JEDAI, for "Just Enough Data Analytics and Insights." It collects, processes and fuses data from across an organisation's security controls into a vertically integrated graph, giving one connected view of the estate, with a data catalogue tracking the quality, lineage and business value of each incoming feed so analysts know what they are reasoning over. A rules engine schedules and executes business rules over that data to enforce policy as code, a generative AI investigator accelerates evidence hunting during investigations, and a knowledge manager captures investigation outcomes into a searchable store. A requirements repository maps enterprise risks to NIST, CIS, ISO 27001 and CAF in a single step, and unified reporting produces faceted views running from analyst to C-suite. An ML datalab gives data scientists a Python and Apache Spark environment against trusted security datasets.
