Opnova, founded in 2024 and headquartered in Palo Alto, California, develops an agentic AI platform aimed at automating repetitive, mundane, and error-prone operational tasks across IT, security, and compliance domains. The company is led by co-founder and CEO Sinan Eren, co-founder, president and CTO José Luís Pereira, co-founder and Chief AI Officer Pedro Saleiro, and co-founder and Chief Architect Tiago Melo.

Opnova’s mission is to “take the rework out of work” by enabling human-level reasoning via AI agents that integrate with existing workflows while maintaining data governance, privacy and model safety standards.

In September 2024, Opnova raised $3.75 million in pre-seed funding co-led by Faber, ScaleX Ventures and Preface Ventures.
