Oak is an autonomous identity platform that sees and continuously governs the full lifecycle of every identity: human, machine, and AI agent.

Its core is a single live identity graph fed by directories, SaaS applications, cloud providers, on-prem systems, home-grown applications, and the organization's existing IGA platform.

Because the graph shows how access is actually used, it surfaces dormant accounts, standing privilege, unregistered contractors, and over-provisioned agents.

Built-in agents then act on those findings, running access reviews, remediating excess privilege, and enforcing least privilege from the same console.

Founded in late 2025 by Shai Morag and Tal Marom, Oak operates from Tel Aviv and San Francisco and came out of stealth in 2026 with a $60M seed round co-led by Accel, Greylock Partners, and CRV.
