Data privacy and AI governance platform built on continuous discovery of systems and personal data

MineOS is the enterprise platform from Mine, the Tel Aviv company founded in 2019 by Gal Ringel, Gal Golan, and Kobi Nissan, which began with a consumer service for reclaiming personal data and moved upmarket into privacy operations. The premise is that privacy programs fail on inventory rather than policy: teams cannot honor a deletion request, complete a record of processing activities, or answer a regulator if they do not know which systems hold which categories of personal data. MineOS builds and maintains that map continuously through system integrations and classification, then drives the downstream workflows from it.

The same discovery layer now covers AI. The platform surfaces AI systems, agents, and unapproved tools in use across the organization, assesses their posture, and generates AI impact assessments using current context rather than a static questionnaire. Around that sit automated data subject request handling, DPIAs, transfer reviews, consent and cookie management with automated classification, and third-party risk workflows, with agents the company calls Mira handling routine assessment, approval, and follow-up steps. Mine raised a $30M Series B in December 2023 co-led by Battery Ventures and PayPal Ventures, with participation from Nationwide Ventures, Gradient Ventures, MassMutual Ventures, Saban Ventures, and Headline.
