Org and process intelligence that audits Salesforce metadata for risk and tech debt
Most large Salesforce environments accumulate a decade of configuration that nobody has fully read: profiles granted for a project that ended, fields exposed to the wrong audience, automations layered on top of automations, and users who stopped logging in but kept their access. Hubbl Technologies takes that problem as its subject. Its Org Intelligence suite catalogs the metadata of an org and audits it against a library the company says spans more than 6,000 scanned orgs and a billion metadata points, producing a health score alongside the specific findings behind it. Process Intelligence complements this by mining live org data into process maps that show where work actually stalls.
For security and compliance teams, the value is the access side of that audit: identifying which profiles and permission sets are broader than the job requires, which fields are readable by whom, and which accounts are dormant but still provisioned. The platform also assesses whether an org is in a fit state for agentic AI, on the reasoning that an AI layer inherits whatever permissions and data quality problems already exist. Hubbl runs as an MCP server, so findings can be queried from Claude, ChatGPT, Agentforce, Slack, or a custom agent. The company was founded by Chris Bruzzi and Mike Bogan, is led by CEO Rob Acker, and has raised a Series A from Salesforce Ventures.
