Change-native governance that turns every change into an assessed, audit-ready record

Gist Security approaches governance from the point where risk actually enters an organization: change. Rather than reviewing releases after the fact, the platform watches the places where changes are described and made, including product requirement docs, Jira tickets, Confluence pages, pull requests, cloud configuration, and AI coding sessions, and correlates those scattered signals into a single change record with an owner, a risk score, and the obligations it triggers.

Each change is then assessed by agents that work from a customer-specific context graph: a governance library of policies, standards, and controls; an organizational map of services, vendors, data classes, and teams; and a knowledge base that accumulates from prior assessments. The output is a consistent set of artifacts, from STRIDE-style threat models to compliance and privacy assessments mapped to regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, with each finding paired to a specific recommendation delivered back into the team's workflow. A dynamic risk register keeps the record of risks and decisions current across each item's lifespan, so evidence for auditors exists as a by-product of normal work.
