AI-Native Identity Visibility and Access Intelligence

Fabrix Security is a cybersecurity startup founded in 2025 that offers an AI-native identity and access management (IAM) platform designed to manage both human and non-human identities across SaaS, cloud, and on-premises environments.

The system uses agentless connectors to build an “identity fabric graph” that represents all identities and their permissions, then applies AI agents and reasoning to continuously monitor, enforce least-privilege access, and flag over-privileged or orphaned identities.

Key capabilities of Fabrix include: identity visibility and intelligence, adaptive access enforcement, automated identity lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding), real-time access reviews, and governance of non-human identities (such as bots, API keys, service accounts, and AI agents).

Fabrix Security exited stealth in September 2025, raising $8 million in a seed round led by Norwest, Merlin Ventures and Jibe Ventures. The founding team includes co-founders Raz Rotenberg (CEO), former R&D lead at Run.ai, and Ofir Yakovian (CTO), former technical lead at Orca Security and Microsoft Entra. Both provide Fabrix with deep expertise in AI and identity security.
