Verifiable AI Governance and Trusted Computing

EQTY Lab, founded in 2022 and headquartered in Los Angeles, is a governance and integrity vendor focused on cryptographically verifiable oversight of AI systems. Led by founder and CEO Jonathan Dotan, the company’s flagship AI Integrity Suite offers tools such as AI asset lineage explorer and runtime policy enforcement. The company’s hardware-rooted Verifiable Compute (in collaboration with NVIDIA and Intel) was designed to ensure transparency, traceability and trust in agent- and model-driven systems across regulated environments.

EQTY Lab has not officially announced any capital but has reportedly secured a $5 million convertible note from Crosspoint Capital Partners.
