CY4GATE is an Italian cyber intelligence and cybersecurity firm founded in 2014 and headquartered in Rome, serving law enforcement bodies, security agencies, armed forces and commercial enterprises. Part of the ELT Group, it listed on Euronext Growth Milan in June 2020 and moved up to the Euronext Milan Star segment in June 2023. The company frames itself as a single Italian industrial project spanning the full cyber market, from intelligence collection through to defensive security operations.

Delivery is organised around three stages the vendor calls Prepare, Prevent and Protect. The CY4GARD offering applies composite AI along two axes: a proactive side combining continuous threat exposure management, attack surface monitoring and range-based training exercises, and a reactive side covering threat detection, investigation and response, retro hunting, forensic analysis and incident handling. Tactical RTA, positioned as an advanced SIEM, adds behavioural anomaly detection, while DSINT and Quipo transform heterogeneous data flows into structured intelligence output.

Positioning rests on technological sovereignty, supplying proprietary European-built tooling rather than reselling foreign stacks, and drawing on the ELT Group's long background in military and electronic warfare systems. That heritage surfaces in CEMA Resilience, which pairs cyber capability with electronic-warfare simulation, and in the Academy and DigiLab units running training and vulnerability research. The group was named a Representative Vendor in a 2026 Gartner report covering technological sovereignty, and reaches market through direct government channels alongside Italian distribution partners.
