Credal is a New York-based startup (founded in 2022) that offers an enterprise platform for building secure AI agents and embedding generative AI workflows into large organizations while maintaining security, governance and access controls. The firm’s seed funding of $4.8 million was led by Spark Capital (announced in late 2023) to support product development and enterprise expansion.

Credal’s core differentiator lies in its multi-agent framework: it orchestrates specialist AI agents that interact with enterprise systems (Salesforce, Slack, Snowflake, etc.), enforces role-based access, implements tool-call constraints and provides audit trails for every action.
