SaaS, AI app, and identity governance from a single inventory of what the company actually runs

CloudEagle.ai was founded in 2021 by Nidhi Jain and is based in Los Altos, California. The company started from the observation that no single system knows what software a company is running: SSO sees what was federated, finance sees what was paid for, procurement sees what was signed, and none of them see the tool a team swiped a credit card for last week. CloudEagle connects to more than 500 systems across those categories and reconciles them into one application inventory, which becomes the basis for both spend decisions and access decisions.

From that inventory the platform runs three related workflows. Spend management compares entitlements against measured usage to identify unused and duplicate licenses, and AI extracts renewal dates, terms, and auto-renewal clauses from contracts. Identity governance automates provisioning and deprovisioning against HR events, runs access reviews, and flags orphaned and over-privileged accounts. A third layer tracks AI adoption specifically, including which models and agents employees are using and at what token volume. The result is used by IT operations, security, procurement, and finance teams, and CloudEagle has been named in Gartner research covering both SaaS management and identity governance.
