Founded by Boaz Dolev, who ran Israel's e-Government program between 1999 and 2009, ClearSky Cyber Security is a Tel Aviv-based threat intelligence and adversary research firm. It sells to organizations that sit in the crosshairs of state-sponsored activity: financial institutions, critical infrastructure operators, public sector bodies, pharmaceutical companies, and defense. The stated purpose is to bridge the gap between complex threat data and organizational resilience, giving security leaders sector-specific adversary context rather than generic alerting.

Delivery rests on a continuous research operation in which analysts track named attack groups, mapping their methods, infrastructure, tooling and targets by investigating the spaces and infrastructure attackers use. Subscribers receive weekly customer and sector alerts, quarterly executive summaries, annual forecasts, and a near real-time IOC feed in CSV that interfaces with existing security monitoring systems. Service tiers run Bronze through Platinum, the top level adding active incident response. A separate pay-per-report line supplies one-off APT deep dives containing indicators, YARA rules, malware samples and Maltego relationship graphs.

Original discovery is the firm's calling card: its researchers are credited with CVE-2024-43451, a Windows zero-day found exploited in the wild, and with public exposes of Russian malware campaigns against Ukraine and a Houthi influence operation across Israel and the Gulf states. Beyond intelligence, the practice covers cyber strategy and architecture, SOC and CERT design, red teaming, APT simulation and standards work against ISO 27001, ISO 27032 and PCI-DSS. A proprietary AI-driven platform, ClearAir, powers outside-in exposure and third-party due diligence assessments.
