Digital risk protection, external attack surface management, and threat intelligence in one external-facing platform

Brandefense watches what an organisation looks like from the outside — the domains, credentials, cloud and SaaS assets, executive identities, and brand marks an attacker would find before writing a single exploit. The platform is organised into five modules: brand protection, which scans surface, deep, and dark web sources for phishing kits, leaked credentials, impersonation, and fraud; cyber threat intelligence tailored by industry; external attack surface management, which maps exposed assets, misconfigurations, and shadow IT; fraud monitoring; and third-party risk management with scorecards for supply chain exposure.

The company pairs automated collection and enrichment with human analysts, on the argument that machine classification handles volume while people handle the judgement calls that produce false positives. Findings are prioritised rather than dumped, and the platform pushes into SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, and firewall tooling so an exposure can be acted on where the team already works. Brandefense publishes index figures in the hundreds of millions of phishing addresses and tens of billions of breached accounts and dark web records; those counts are the vendor's own. It reports use by more than 7,500 organisations across financial services, healthcare, insurance, transportation, and consumer goods. Brandefense was founded in 2019 and is registered in Wilmington, Delaware, with its engineering roots in Türkiye.
