24x7 CyberSOC, Offensive Testing and Incident Response for LATAM, Spain and the US
Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Buenos Aires, BASE4 Security is a cybersecurity services firm serving enterprises and regulated organizations across Latin America, Spain and the United States. The company works through five practice areas covering GRC, a 24x7 CyberSOC, a CSIRT, offensive operations, and defensive engineering spanning cloud, application, network and identity security. It operates from interconnected offices in the region with a staff in the 51-200 range, and holds ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and ISO 37001 certifications alongside B Corporation status awarded in 2025.
Service design follows a govern, identify, protect, detect, respond and recover structure, with the 24x7 CyberSOC as the operational core. Seven capabilities run on one platform: digital risk monitoring, phishing detection and response, managed security services, managed detection and response, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence and vulnerability management. A proprietary AI agent called B4 Guardian handles first-pass triage, queries tooling over APIs, reconstructs pre- and post-detection activity, and filters correlated noise, then hands a prepared case to certified analysts who authorize containment such as identity blocking, firewall rules and EDR host isolation.
Positioning centers on auditable delivery. The firm markets real response with no black boxes, exposing operational decisions through its own platform and layering a governance model built on a technical account manager for daily SLA oversight and a service architect who maintains a quarterly improvement roadmap. The Offensive Ops practice adds red teaming, continuous pentesting, malware emulation, adversarial emulation and cyber deception design, backed by an in-house research group that publishes technical work. Regional regulatory fluency combined with a US footprint distinguishes it from both global MSSPs and purely local providers.
