eID-Native Identity Verification Infrastructure for KYC, AML and Age Assurance

Founded in 2020 and part of Y Combinator's Winter 2021 batch, the company builds identity verification infrastructure for regulated businesses that need to onboard customers online. Its buyers are banks, fintechs, payment processors, brokerages, betting operators and marketplaces facing KYC and AML obligations, plus a growing set of firms needing age assurance. Headquartered across San Francisco, London and Warsaw, it was started by Jarek Sygitowicz, Krzysztof Klimczak and Marek Rogozinski.

The core product, OmniID, works as an orchestration and aggregation layer rather than a single verification method. A single API call routes each user to the best available proof: a government eID such as mObywatel, itsme, FranceConnect+, SPID, DigiD or ID-kaart, a mobile identity wallet on Apple, Google or Samsung devices, bank-based verification, biometrics, or a document scan, returning only the attributes requested. Teams integrate through a WebSDK, a hosted OmniLink flow, or the raw API, then configure retention rules, branding and conversion analytics in the OmniPanel dashboard.

Positioning rests on eIDAS 2.0: as every EU member state issues a digital identity wallet and AI-generated documents erode selfie-and-document checks, the pitch is one contract that already covers 25-plus national eID schemes and more than fifty verification providers. Zero-knowledge proofs allow age or personhood to be confirmed without exposing underlying data. The company reports over 100 regulated customers and coverage in 200-plus territories, holds ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and PCI DSS certification, and raised an $8.2M Series A backed by Peak Ventures and SMOK VC.
