AML and CFT Compliance Platform for Banks, Fintechs and Crypto Businesses
AMLYZE is a Lithuanian regulatory technology company that builds anti-money laundering and counter-financing-of-terrorism software for banks, credit unions, fintechs, payment institutions and crypto businesses. Product development began in 2019 and the platform launched commercially in autumn 2022, founded by Gabrielius Erikas Bilkstys, Alexandre Pinot and Jekaterina Govina. The team is drawn largely from supervisory and enforcement backgrounds, including the European Central Bank, the European Banking Authority, the Bank of Lithuania and national financial intelligence units.
The platform is modular and cloud-native, built on microservices that scale horizontally to sustain high transaction throughput at low latency. Institutions can run real-time checks that block payments falling outside a defined risk appetite, alongside retrospective analysis of historical activity. A point-and-click rule editor lets compliance staff build and tune detection logic without developers, test changes against historical data in a sandbox before deployment, and push them live. Customer risk scores re-calculate automatically as behaviour, KYC data or screening results change.
Five modules cover transaction monitoring, customer risk assessment, case investigation, customer screening and payment screening, shipping with libraries of more than 200 monitoring scenarios and over 100 KYC risk rules written by former supervisors. Stated differentiators centre on false-positive reduction, faster investigations, and suspicious activity reports pre-filled to local regulatory formats. The company holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, was named Lithuania's Fintech Enabler of the Year in 2023 and 2024, and joined the Central Bank of Ireland's Innovation Sandbox in January 2025.
