ANSSI-Labeled EBIOS RM Platform for Cyber Risk Analysis and Governance
ALL4TEC is a French software publisher focused on cyber risk analysis and governance, serving CISOs, risk managers, and consultants across banking, defense, healthcare, public administration, and higher education. Registered in January 1998 under the name Alliance pour les Technologies de l'Informatique and based in Changé in western France, the company built its business around tooling the EBIOS Risk Manager method published by ANSSI, the French national cybersecurity agency, alongside ISO 27005 assessment work.
The flagship product, Agile Risk Manager, walks teams through the five EBIOS RM workshops in sequence: framing the study, mapping the digital ecosystem, building strategic and then operational attack scenarios, and producing a treatment plan, with every modification traced across multiple contributors. A flash-analysis mode shortens the path when a full study is not warranted. Built-in reference libraries cover NIS2, DORA, ISO 2700x, NIST, OWASP, and CMMC, custom internal frameworks import from Excel, and reports generate automatically to Word, Excel, and PDF.
Differentiation rests on being the first EBIOS RM solution labeled by ANSSI and on stated full compatibility with ISO 27005:2022, which matters to French operators of vital importance and essential services obliged to keep risk data under national control. Deployment runs entirely on-premises, including air-gapped networks, in web and desktop form. A companion tool, Agile Risk Board, aggregates separate analyses into a single database for portfolio-level governance and KPI reporting, while optional AI assistance connects an organization's own models and documents.
