Endpoint tokenization that swaps sensitive values for surrogates before a prompt leaves the device

AliasPath, operated by Contextul ME LLC, addresses a gap that access controls do not cover. Deciding which employees may use which AI tool says nothing about what those employees paste into the prompt, and once client names, account numbers, or case details have left the device they are outside the organization's control regardless of the provider's retention policy. AliasPath intervenes at the endpoint instead, detecting values that match the organization's configured sensitive patterns and substituting surrogates that preserve enough structure and context for the model to reason correctly about the request.

The substitution is reversible only locally. The mapping between real value and surrogate stays on the endpoint, so the model route receives a sanitized prompt and the response is re-expanded with the original values as it comes back to the user, leaving the workflow intact from the user's point of view. The product is positioned as vendor-neutral and works across defined model routes covering hosted providers, enterprise deployments, and locally run models, with client support for macOS, Windows, and selected Linux environments. It records an audit trail of which values were protected in which flows, which is the evidence a professional services firm or regulated team needs when asked to demonstrate that client material did not leave its boundary in an AI session.
