Cyber Resilience, Managed IT and Ransomware Recovery for Mid-Sized Businesses

Airiam is a resilience service provider that combines managed IT with cybersecurity for small and mid-sized organizations, including auto dealerships, mortgage lenders, logistics operators and manufacturers. The company was assembled from five established regional MSPs and MSSPs — MePush, Indigo Beam, LOGIC Solutions Group, Syntervision and Transcendent — under co-founders Ohad Jehassi and Elliot Luchansky, who argued that security offerings for smaller firms remained piecemeal and regionally fragmented. Offices sit in central Pennsylvania, Milwaukee and Huntsville.

The portfolio is organized as a set of branded services rather than a single platform. AirGuard bundles managed detection and response with identity and access management and multifactor authentication on a flat monthly fee, while AirCTRL, AirAssist and AirMonitor cover full or co-managed IT operations, helpdesk and remote monitoring. AirAudit runs vulnerability scanning, assessments, ransomware simulation and penetration testing, and AirGapd hardens backup servers and disaster-recovery paths so attackers cannot destroy the recovery route before demanding payment.

Positioning rests on incident-response pedigree: the firm cites more than 75,000 hours of frontline ransomware work and recovery of over 500 companies through its AirRescue 24/7 response practice, experience it says feeds back into the managed services it sells. The result is a single-vendor option for buyers who would otherwise stitch together an MSP, an MSSP and a breach-response retainer.
