Single-platform fraud, financial crime, and collections tooling for banks and credit unions

Adalma.ai targets a structural problem in community banking: a single member's loss is spread across four or five vendors that do not share a data model, so an analyst works the case from four logins and no system sees the pattern. Cernio, the company's flagship, normalizes data from every upstream source into one model before detection runs, then covers scams, elder and veteran financial exploitation, account takeover, and benefits fraud on the same engine as sanctions screening, AML and BSA monitoring, and SAR and CTR filing. Because the mapping layer sits above the core, Adalma says a core conversion does not force a compliance program to restart.

The behavior it is built to catch is sequential rather than single-transaction: repeated transfers to a payee a member has never paid, followed by a branch cash withdrawal, each of which clears the rules individually. Cernio escalates across the sequence and opens the case file with the reasoning attached, which is also the company's stated position on auditability, that an examiner should be able to verify the ledger without the vendor present. Two adjacent products share the platform: Cura, a voice agent that holds a real collections conversation, delivers required FDCPA disclosures in line, and takes payment on the call while enforcing TCPA calling windows and Regulation F contact limits; and Sentra, which covers the overnight on-call loop for platform teams.
