CORE FOCUS

Wodan's platform is built on Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), a cryptographic technique that allows mathematical operations to be performed on ciphertext without ever decrypting it. In practice, a data owner encrypts sensitive inputs locally, submits the ciphertext to an AI model for inference or training, and decrypts only the final result. Neither the model operator, the cloud provider, nor any layer of the infrastructure ever sees the raw data — eliminating an entire class of exposure risk that firewalls, DLP, and prompt filters cannot address.

This approach differs fundamentally from guardrail and AI-firewall vendors that inspect prompts and outputs. Wodan's cryptographic model protects data in use, which is the hardest of the three data states to secure and the state where most regulated AI use cases currently break down. The platform is designed for sovereign AI deployments where organizations need to deliver AI benefits without surrendering control of their most sensitive information to foreign clouds or model operators.
