AI Governance and Responsible AI Risk Management Platform

Trustible, founded in 2023 by Gerald Kierce (CEO) and Andrew Gamino-Cheong (CTO) and headquartered in the Washington, D.C. area, is an AI Governance platform that helps enterprises identify, measure, and mitigate AI risk so they can adopt AI safely and in compliance with emerging regulations.

The company first emerged from stealth in April 2023 with a $1.6 million pre-seed round led by Harlem Capital with participation from VamosVentures and a group of prominent angels. In June 2025 Trustible announced a $4.6 million seed round led by Lookout Ventures with additional backing from the Office of Eric Schmidt, Tau Ventures, Inner Loop Capital, Alumni Ventures, FoundersX and others. Trustible’s platform integrates with existing AI/ML and SaaS stacks to define policies, monitor AI use, generate evidence for

audits, and align enterprise deployments with frameworks such as the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001.
