Paladion was acquired by Atos in 2020 — its MDR services now operate under the Atos cybersecurity portfolioFounded in 2000, Paladion built one of the industry's earliest at-scale managed detection and response practices, ranking among the top MSSPs and MDR providers with a cloud-based platform that used AI for threat anticipation, detection, and response across customer environments.
By 2019 the Virginia-headquartered company had grown to roughly $29 million in revenue with more than 800 security experts operating Security Operations Centers across the US, the Middle East, and India.
In October 2020, Atos completed its acquisition of Paladion, folding the MDR platform, its SOCs, and its cybersecurity workforce into the Atos (now Eviden) managed security services portfolio, where the capabilities continue to operate today.
