Agentic Exposure Management for Decision-Based Vulnerability Remediation

Onit Security is an AI-driven security operations company built around what it calls decision-based exposure management. Instead of generating endless tickets for every vulnerability, the platform groups thousands of related exposures into a small set of upstream decisions that require human judgment. Once a security team makes a decision, AI agents apply that ruling continuously to similar cases, removing the repetitive triage, prioritization, and re-engagement cycles that overload modern security operations.

The platform is designed for enterprise security teams, with particular value for lean teams that must operate at enterprise scale. It surfaces the patterns where human input is repeatedly needed, assesses the impact and severity of exposures, clarifies ownership by identifying the responsible party, and then resolves matching cases automatically. Onit integrates with an organization's existing security stack rather than replacing it, layering its decision and enforcement engine on top of tools already in place.

Onit Security was founded in 2025 by cybersecurity entrepreneurs Elad Ben-Meir, Ofer Amitai, and Tom Winter, and is based in Tel Aviv. In March 2026 the company raised an $11 million seed round co-led by Hetz Ventures and Brightmind Partners to advance product development and expand its go-to-market reach. Its core thesis is that remediation bottlenecks, not detection gaps, are the central weakness in exposure management, and that continuous agentic enforcement can shrink resolution times dramatically.
