Out-of-Band Cyber Crisis Command Center for Incident Response and Reporting

Founded in 2020 by Arvind Parthasarathi, the company builds a cyber crisis management platform for the moment an organization's own infrastructure can no longer be trusted. It serves security, legal, executive, communications and HR teams alongside the outside counsel, forensics firms and insurers pulled into a breach. The concept grew out of CyberCrossroads, a research collaborative spanning nine universities including Stanford, MIT and Oxford, which found that most organizations were unprepared to run a cyber crisis. Headquarters are in Silicon Valley, with offices in Ireland, Canada and India.

The platform runs out-of-band by design: a patented architecture keeps the incident workspace off corporate email, SSO and network paths, with backup identities captured and verified at registration and activated only when a crisis begins. Isolate Mode severs all communication with corporate channels and switches responders to those fallback credentials. Dynamic Tenancy lets an organization invite external providers into an incident room under fine-grained permissions, with each firm administering its own people. Browser access and native iOS and Android clients cover the field.

Coverage spans the full lifecycle rather than the response window alone: 45+ prebuilt plans and playbooks, a library of 60+ tabletop scenarios run in the live environment, step-by-step execution with tasks, owners, decisions and evidence logged for chain of custody, and 100+ reporting templates for SEC, GDPR, CCPA and other regimes that prepopulate from captured incident data. A purpose-built model trained on anonymized patterns from more than 25,000 incidents supplies role-specific guidance and drafts after-action reports. The company reports over 3,000 organizations on the platform.
