Web3 Asset Protection, Crypto Fund Tracing and Digital Forensics

BlockChain Security Corp, known in Taiwan as BCS, is a Taipei-based vendor focused on virtual asset security, cryptocurrency fund-flow investigation and digital forensics. Founded in 2018 by a team drawn from information security and evidence-preservation backgrounds, it sells primarily to government agencies, prosecutors and police units, financial institutions, fintech firms and virtual asset exchanges that need to investigate crypto-related crime or hold digital assets under regulatory scrutiny.

The portfolio spans three products. PangoLink traces funds across BTC, ETH, TRX and several USDT protocols, expanding an address into a visual multi-hop graph, layering exchange, KYC-wallet and risk intelligence over it, and applying a natural-language AI agent layer that flags risk nodes and drafts reports carrying transaction hashes. The Triage line covers device forensics, with automated scrolling capture of chat apps, OCR of screenshots and image-file scanning for wallet addresses, private keys and seed phrases. M-Key supplies an enterprise custody vault.

Positioning rests on an end-to-end stack, seizure-side forensics through on-chain tracing to compliant custody, rather than a single tool. The vault combines HSM hardware, customisable M-of-N multi-signature approval, FIDO2 authentication and isolation wallets, holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type I certification, and has been used by Taiwanese judicial units to store confiscated virtual assets. A Notabene integration was completed ahead of the October Travel Rule deadline, alongside CBSI certification training and an on-chain intelligence API.
