
Autonomous Windows Endpoint Management, Patching and Recovery at Fleet Scale
Aiden Technologies builds an autonomous endpoint management platform for organizations running Windows fleets at scale, aimed at enterprise IT teams and managed service providers in regulated sectors such as legal, financial services, healthcare and construction. Founded in 2020 by chief executive Josh Aaron and chief technology officer Sean Maloney, and headquartered in Texas, the company grew out of frustration with the manual scripting, task-sequence engineering and patch backlogs that dominate traditional desktop administration.
The platform operates on a desired-state model rather than a ticket-driven one. Administrators declare the applications, operating system versions and configurations a device should hold, and an agent called AidenBot continuously compares each endpoint against that definition, installing what is missing and correcting drift. Updates are grouped into planned reboot windows and deferred when critical applications are in use, while managed packaging services maintain installers, prerequisites and order-of-installation logic for line-of-business software.
Two components define the market position. AidenVision records timestamped, device-level evidence of provisioning, remediation and rebuild activity, producing audit-ready documentation for regulators and boards; AidenRescue, launched in 2025, uses the patent-pending Full-Provisioning method to rebuild Windows fleets from the cloud after ransomware. Rather than replacing Microsoft tooling, the product layers onto Intune, Autopilot and SCCM, and the vendor reports compressing average patch cycles from months to under two weeks.
