Managed Cloud, Backup, Disaster Recovery and Security for Enterprise Cyber Resilience

11:11 Systems is a managed infrastructure provider that brings cloud, backup, disaster recovery, security and connectivity under a single operator. Founded in 2020 by Brett Diamond and backed by private equity firm Tiger Infrastructure Partners, the company assembled much of its portfolio through acquisition, adding Green Cloud Defense in 2021 and global cloud hosting specialist iland in January 2022. It targets enterprise and mid-market IT teams in education, financial services, government and healthcare, and reaches many of them through a channel of MSPs, VARs and IT consultants.

Delivery centers on the 11:11 Cloud Console, a single-pane portal through which customers provision and monitor infrastructure-as-a-service, object storage, backup, DRaaS and Microsoft 365 protection. Security is sold fully managed rather than co-managed: Managed SIEM ingests log data across enterprise systems to surface threats, Managed EDR watches endpoints for ransomware and malware, and both feed a 24/7/365 security operations center that validates alerts, tunes customer-specific exceptions and issues monthly remediation reporting. Hostnames, IP addresses, usernames and logs stay encrypted inside the provider's own boundary.

The stated differentiator is security built into the infrastructure layer rather than bolted on: encryption at rest, virtual firewalls with SSL VPN termination, intrusion detection and prevention, and hypervisor-level protection enabled by default, hosted in facilities meeting Uptime Institute Tier III and IV standards with biometric access control. Adjacent services include SD-WAN, managed SASE, continuous risk scanning and Cyber Vault, an immutable S3-based archive for ransomware-resistant retention. Market positioning leans on scale and alliances, including status as the largest privately held VMware Pinnacle Partner and Veeam, Zerto and Cohesity certifications.
