The company raised $28 million in total funding prior to its acquisition, developing a platform that provided AI usage visibility, policy enforcement, and protections against sensitive data exposure during LLM interactions.

Aim was acquired by Cato Networks in September 2025; Aim’s AI Governance capabilities are being integrated into Cato’s broader security offerings to extend governance and data control features across global enterprise networks.
